Flashcast 03 Lore Challenge: Thrall calls this character “boy” but in truth, this character is actually older than him. Who is this character?

  • It may be my headphones or my horrible hearing, but I had a hard time hearing Ari in this lorecast 🙁

    • Oh and my favorite patch to RP in was patch 3.0.2 the scourge event. I missed the first one since I start playing right after Naxx was released. But the mayhem and deaths was a great platform for Paladin RP. I was alliance back then so its not apart Horde Lily’s storyline. But it was a fun time and I still hold onto my blessed set.

        Blizzard really pulled out a lot of stops for Wrath’s launch. Wrath’s launch and Cata’s launch come up a lot. It’s clear that was some pretty memorable RP. 😀

          I just barely missed it, started playing a month after Wrath launched. Cata’s launch was pretty cool though, those were some good memories.

    I’ll take a swing at it and say Garrosh, but really Thrall’s a youngling with most of the lore characters. If you go by the Ultimate Visual Guide’s timeline he would’ve been a teenager when Orgrim made him the Warchief.

      Correct! Thrak’garr beat you by mere minutes but going to call a tie. You’re also right that Thrall is a wee babe in comparison to most other Lore characters. I hear that more as a player gripe than compliment, though.

        There are worse things, but if you take into account that until around the 1800s teenagers were considered adults it’s not too outrageous. At least he was educated.

          Ah, yes. And children themselves were often considered “little adults” as in literal, smaller-in-statue adult-sized things. Fond memories from reading William Blake in college. o_O

      Correct! Garrosh is younger than Thrall but currently, there isn’t an exact answer by how much. You snagged this round Thrak’garr, but since you and Veleth were apart by mere minutes, going to again call a tie. Grats!
